Store-bought flavoured yoghurts are great for a healthy-ish snack on the go. However, if you have some time, get a plain yoghurt and make your own fruit toppings. They're much tastier, healthier and you can add as many fruits as you'd like. Love berries? This berrylicious recipe is perfect for a sweet kick-start to your day, as well as a congratulatory post-workout treat.
