A lot of people like to say that they hate exercising and it’s just not for them.
Sure, physical activity can sometimes hurt but we believe that once you find the right activity for you, you’re going to enjoy doing it over and over again.
There’s a reason why some athletes are better at certain sports than others. So, don’t be disheartened if you try out a jazz dance class and absolutely hate it, don’t fret! Dance cardio isn’t for everyone but maybe you’ll find something else you’ll like.
This is probably why it’s important to find a physical activity you really like.

Once you’ve gotten used to your fitness routine and nailing it like the queen you are, every single time, a good fitness routine is going to make you want to work even harder and challenge yourself.
As we’ve mentioned earlier, you shouldn’t be judging your fitness routine based on how much weight you’re losing but rather by the inches you’re losing.
