Shining Nails is a private nail salon that specialises in pop-up cartoon art. If there are any Pooh fans out there, you are in luck. Drawing inspiration from the year of the tiger, Shining Nails has a design of Winnie the Pooh with Tigger making an appearance (for obvious reasons).
