No list about extravagant birthday parties (or any celebration for that matter) can be complete without the Kardashians. The famous family is known for throwing some of the most over the top parties and naturally, their offspring too, get in on the action. 

For North and Penelope's fourth and fifth birthday respectively, the family held a joint celebration to the theme of unicorns. The party even had ponies dressed up as unicorns (complete with glitter manes), cotton candy machines and of course, unicorn-themed treats.
