Helmed by former head chef and co-owner of Corner House, Jason Tan’s new Restaurant Euphoria
Jason Tan’s signature “gastro-botanica”, an original culinary philosophy based on French techniques is on showcase here, too. Rooted in his love for edible botanicals, the new menu, Restaurant Euphoria Gastro-Botanica 2.0 takes it on a fresh and innovative spin.
Fans of his signature Cevennes onion dish, dubbed My Favourite Vegetable, will also see it reinterpreted in four artful ways.
Designed by JTAW Design, the intimate 26-seater space is reminiscent of an indoor garden with lush botanicals and warm tones melded beautifully with a contemporary aesthetic.
Restaurant Euphoria is at 76 Tras Street. Visit its website for more information.
