Thai boat noodles are one of the must-try dishes when you head to the Land of Smiles. What is essentially a dish of noodles and soup has been amped up with a heady use of spices and herbs, thereby imparting a greater flavour punch and satisfaction. The Thai boat noodles you find in Singapore, however, vary from the original recipe as pig blood cannot be used here. Nevertheless, these 10 spots have found a way to still make the flavourful dish and serve it to us here.
