The month-long feast invites diners to journey through Turkiye’s rich gastronomic heritage — think bold spices, rich textures, and time-honoured Turkish recipes, crafted by by guest Chef Ahmet Akpinar from Turkey.

Start with the wide array of mezze, salads and Turkish cold cuts with bread and dips, before moving on to hot appetisers and the meat carving station.
