And so naturally, after a whole day of abstaining from food and water during daylight hours, Iftar, the evening meal is a very special time to buka puasa or ‘break the fast’ together with friends or family in a communal gathering style. We’ve rounded up some great halal-certified Iftar buffets for you to open your fast with loved ones, and replenish energy levels, while enjoying the richness of Singapore’s diverse cultures and heritage flavours, as well as more novel options.

The month-long feast invites diners to journey through Turkiye’s rich gastronomic heritage — think bold spices, rich textures, and time-honoured Turkish recipes, crafted by by guest Chef Ahmet Akpinar from Turkey.
Start with the wide array of mezze, salads and Turkish cold cuts with bread and dips, before moving on to hot appetisers and the meat carving station.
