For all plant-lovers out there

by Terri Kue  /   October 26, 2021

If there is one hobby that has emerged at the top of all pandemic hobbies, it is growing plants indoors. This is especially so with Singapore’s abundant sunlight, which means that there is no shortage of rays streaming through our windows.

Not sure where to get plants or hate plain brown pots that don’t do anything for your home aesthetic? We have collated a list of 10 places to buy indoor plants and stylish planters to elevate your living space.

Plunt.co
custom

Plunt.co is well-known for their Plunt Combo, where they allow you to mix and match your plant and the pot that you think would fit best for your home. You can also choose your Plunt Combo by the size of the inner pot diameter so that you can easily filter out plants that are too small or that just won’t fit.

If you simply want to purchase some pots, they have textured pots that will give your plants a bit of character. Most of their planters fit a muted colour scheme, so they can fit in any home without taking too much attention away from the rest of the space. They also have a few animal-shaped pots, including whales and hippos.

You can find them here and order for either delivery or a pick-up at 71 Ubi Crescent #08-13 Excalibur Centre Singapore 408571.

Chlorofeel
custom

Chlorofeel’s indoor plant’s selection is all about being easy to look after and thrive in Singapore’s hot weather. You can shop based on how much light the plant needs, how tall they are, and even whether the plants can purify the air (we all definitely need that!).

One of their star plants includes the much-loved Birds of Paradise that will add a pop of orange to your house.

They also specialise in rare succulents that you won’t find in any old supermarket. These succulents have a myriad of colours, from pink, purple, brown, blue, and more.
