As the founding director of a chain of kindergartens, a special needs school, and even a cookery school which provides vocational training and life skills programmes for special needs students, Jayne keeps us wondering how she manages to fit all her responsibilities into 24 hours. Here, she shares her three key strategies as a leader:

2) “As a leader, I lead by example and have an overview of all my business operations. I support my team on a global, and personal level, to ensure that they are successful in their roles.”
3) “I empower my staff to make decisions and run their schools independently. This frees up some of my time and resources, enabling me to focus on driving the big picture.”
