Rainbow Smoothie

Who says rainbow foods need a lot of food colouring? These rainbow smoothies are naturally coloured with brightly coloured fruits.

Ingredients:
Strawberries
Orange
Pineapple
Spirulina Powder
Blueberries
Bananas

Method:
Blend each fruit with 1 banana and slowly fill in the smoothie mixture to form a rainbow in a jar.

Rainbow Brownies

Instant brownie mix
Instant cream frosting
Food colouring

Method:
Make the instant brownie as directed and allow to cool.

Squeeze out the cream frosting and combine with individual food colouring.

Once brownie has cools, pipe the cream frostings to form a rainbow.
