These days there's an app for everything and that includes breastfeeding. And given a new mum's perpetual tiredness, these may be a godsend, especially during those 3am feeds. This selection of apps will let you track everything from feeds to diapers to exercise (that's right) that your baby needs. Some allow for sharing, while others provide research-based information useful for raising children in general.

While we're all about the usefulness of these apps – remember to use them with a pinch of salt. All babies are different and some will not fall into the standard ranges of sleep times, or feeding times etc. Too much data can also be stressful and prevent you from enjoying those baby snuggles.
