Aerial Yoga is not like your typical yoga sessions where it is simply a series of stretching coupled with breathing exercises. To keep the little ones on their toes (literally), aerial yoga lets kids experience what it’s like manoeuvring in the air while being swaddled in a hammock.

There will be lots of inversions and partner poses that require a great deal of communication and teamwork, but fret not, the helpful instructors will be on hand to ease you and your child into difficult poses while ensuring safety and comfort.

For kids age 3 to 6, tickets are at $65 per pair for a 45 minutes session. For kids age 7 to 12, tickets are at $95 per pair for a 90 minutes session.

The next available slot for Family Aerial Yoga Workshop by Mindful Space is on July 30. Tickets are available here.

For kids aged seven years old and up, the discover sailing course is for keen adventurers with no prior sailing experience but are ready to take on new challenges while out at sea.

Before setting sail, facilitators will run through a safety briefing where budding sailors will learn about overboard procedures, sailing knots and terms used on board. On the journey there, the kids will pick up sailing manoeuvres and learn to identify the strength and direction of the wind with fellow sailors as they sail the boat towards Lazarus island.

As classes are held whenever there are four students within a time slot, if you would like to sign up for 3 persons or less, you may check for alternate dates with slots for a combined class. Sessions are ongoing from July 25 to 31, with two time slots a day at 10am and 3pm.
