If you’ve never been inside the Istana, the 2023 Istana Open House on May 1st would be a great way for you and the family to take a tour around the main building.
Featuring live performances from students of Evergreen Secondary School, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts School of Young Talents, Marymount Convent Percussion Ensemble, Pasir Ris Secondary School, Tanjong Katong Girls' School, Temasek Polytechnic Dikir Barat, and Wellington Primary School, there will be various showcases in band, dance, and the enchanting Malay choral singing style of dikir barat.
But that's not all, the little ones will be delighted with activities like balloon sculpting, intricate henna painting, and the adults would love the insightful tours of the Istana's majestic main building, granting you access to selected function rooms and an up-close view of precious state gifts.

Ever wished for an extra pair of hands at home? Clean Up, Or Else! Is an innovative arts space designed by children, for children. This exhibition transforms ordinary chores into extraordinary fun. Slide down a gigantic toilet bowl, swing across oversized dirty dishes, and discover a world where messes are embraced with enthusiasm!
This experience aims to teach children the importance of shared responsibilities at home while fostering family conversations centered around kindness, helpfulness, and accountability for personal and communal spaces.

To celebrate Singapore Cable Car’s 50th Anniversary Festivities the cable car cabins on the Mount Faber Line will be decked out in unmistakable red and white Poké Ball colours. Get set for an awesome adventure with five wicked interior designs featuring classic Pokémon like Pikachu and Eevee, plus new game stars Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.
