Last Wednesday, news broke that Alain Ong, chief executive officer at Pokka and husband to local star Vivian Lai, had been suspended from his management position as part of an internal audit. Reports say that up to eight executives have been suspended following this shake-up, pending internal investigations. 

However, Vivian's contract with Pokka as their brand ambassador, remains unchanged. The 41-year-old actress has been endorsing the brand for about ten years.
