September is a particularly useful month for parents-to-be and families with little ones.

If you’re preparing for baby, there are expert-led sessions covering everything from pregnancy and labour to newborn care, breastfeeding and postnatal recovery. New mums can also get practical help with pumping, flange sizing and returning to work, while parents of toddlers can pick up tips on communication, big emotions, screen time and play.

Heart Blockages & Heart Attacks – What should I do?

SparkAbility 2026: A Walk for Change

Jointly organised by SPD (formerly Society for the Physically Disabled) and Samaritans of Singapore (SOS), this event aims to advance inclusion, suicide prevention and community health, as well as drive meaningful change together. Diverse communities walk as one, shining a light on our shared need for belonging, connection and compassionate care. Participants can choose to walk 3km or 5km.

The Kiprun Singapore 2026

Lace up for Decathlon Singapore’s first Kiprun race, whether you’re aiming for a personal best, trying your first longer run or simply looking for a fun fitness day out with the family. There are race categories for different levels, including a 21.1km half marathon, 10km and 5km runs, as well as a 670m Kids Dash for children aged six to 11. Expect a lively race-day atmosphere with entertainment zones, music and community energy along the way. It’s a good one to sign up for if you’re looking for a September fitness goal — or a way to get the whole family moving together.

Pink Ribbon Walk

Join Breast Cancer Foundation Singapore’s annual event to raise awareness about breast cancer. Walk in solidarity with survivors and celebrate breast cancer warriors. This is not a timed walk so move at your own pace and take in the beauty of Coney Island. Choose between a 3km and 5km route, and get creative for the best dressed competition. You could also pop by just for the Bosom Buddies Roadshow, a family-friendly event with activities and games from 10am to 9pm. If you prefer a virtual walk ($35), accumulate 42.195km from 1 to 31 October 2026 to do your part for fundraising.

Pokemon Run 30: Singapore Edition

Kids can choose their starter Pokemon – Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle – before setting off on a 4km adventure route filled with immersive photo ops and misting stations.
