Whether you’re looking to have candid conversations about how parenthood has reshaped your relationships, strengthen your body, calm your nervous system or pick up practical life skills, these parenting and wellness events offer space to learn, connect and recharge.

Parenting events
A HTHT on Parenthood & Partnership
Parents of young children have the opportunity to connect with other young parents, while engaging in meaningful conversations on parenthood. Whether you’re coasting as a parent, struggling with this life change or just want to listen to different perspectives, this is the event for you. Discuss how having kids has changed your relationship, who you are apart from being a parent and what support you think more families need. Special guests include Indranee Rajah, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, and Goh Pei Ming, Minister of State for Social and Family Development. You’ll receive a Grab voucher when you attend the event.

Fix Your Posture. Transform Your Health.
Modern habits such as phone use and prolonged sitting have reshaped our spines. This can result in issues such as headaches and disc herniations. In order to fix your posture and avoid future health issues, it’s important to first understand your spine blueprint so that you can spot red flags early. Also, find out the early signs that parents miss in children and when you should worry. Get important information from a medical professional, find out how to build a spine-positive lifestyle and learn simple posture tests that give you insights on your long-term health.

PSLE Stress Management Workshop
The first of four PSLE-themed workshops in 2026 organised by The Straits Times, this session features expert guidance from a family life and counselling expert, honest parent conversations, and a guided goal-setting exercise to help align expectations between parents and children. Participants will walk away with practical tools to manage stress, have better conversations at home, and prepare for PSLE without the overwhelm. This event is complimentary for eligible ST PSLE Companion subscribers, and is available both in person and online. Advance registration is required.

DARE - Save a Heart, Save a Life!
The DARE (Dispatcher Assisted first Responder) Programme at local libraries aims to educate attendees on how easy it can be to save a life. This hands-on session teaches essential emergency skills in a fun, engaging way and is suitable for all ages, including children. You’ll learn how to confidently dial 995 for emergency assistance, as well as perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with dispatcher guidance. Also learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) with simple voice prompts. It’ll give you the necessary skills and confidence to help others, and make a difference in extremely important situations.

Join this educational talk and workout that’s exclusively for women. The Full Reset

Ladies Night: Creative Mindfulness Series
This is the first session in HER Wellness Club’s Creative Mindfulness Series, exploring how creativity can slow us down and help us reconnect with the present moment. This session is all about Discovering Beginner’s Mind Through Creativity, adopting the concept of beginner’s mind – the ability to see familiar parts of our lives with fresh eyes, curiosity and openness. Reset For 2026
Be clear about your intentions for 2026, and set the tone for it. This session supports participants in reconnecting who they are beneath roles, expectations and constant doing.
