With so many parenting tips out there, it can be confusing to know who to listen to. Teachers, on the other hand, spend so much time with kids that, sometimes, they know them better than parents do. Here, we've tapped on the expertise of Singapore primary school teachers to share top parenting tips on how you can bring out the best in your children and help them communicate better.
“Never tell a child what not to do; tell them what to do instead. For instance, I’ve encountered occasions when a teacher says: ‘Do not run.’ And the kids just stand there, not knowing what to do."
