This is no ordinary bandung soda recipe. Whether you can’t get enough of it or had enough of it, the beverage has been given a fizzy twist with celebrity chef Rita Zahara’s secret ingredient – ice cream soda!

- 125 ml rose syrup
- 150 ml evaporated milk
- Ice cubes, as desired
- 180 ml ice cream soda
- 700 ml water
Mix rose syrup with water, then stir in evaporated milk, mixing well.
Add ice cream soda and stir to combine.
Pour into glasses over ice cubes and serve.
