This beautiful panna cotta dessert is sure to delight all mango lovers, and it’s surprisingly really easy to make. Serve it up at your next family gathering or dinner party as a refreshing end to the meal.

- 300 ml all-purpose cream
- 100 ml milk
- 80 g sugar
- 6 g gelatine powder
- 80 g mango puree
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 g gelatine powder
Add milk, cream and sugar in a pot and heat it on low heat, stirring gently.
Put the gelatine powder in hot water and stir until it dissolves. Then, put them in the hot cream.
Pour the mix in the shooter glass and let it set in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
MANGO COMPOTE Put the gelatine powder in hot water and stir until it dissolves.
Heat mango puree with water and sugar. Add in the gelatine sheets mango mixture, mix until incorporated.
Top the mango mix to the set cream panna cotta and let it chill in the fridge till set.
