- 2 pieces of non-fried instant noodles (110 g)
SEASONING FOR NOODLES
- 2 tsps fish sauce
- 2 tsps light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil
Steps
In a bowl, add the sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Mix well.
Add shallots, red finger chilli, chilli padi, coriander and canned tuna, including the olive oil. Toss lightly to distribute seasoning. Set aside.
In a clean bowl, add seasoning of fish sauce, light soya sauce and extra virgin olive oil for the noodles.
