These addictive cinnamon crisps are an indulgent and convenient snack to whip up if you’re feeling peckish. Enjoy them with tea, ice cream and more.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of rye mountain bread wrap
- Cooking oil
- 2 tsps icing (confectioners') sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Steps

Preheat oven to 180 C (160 C fan forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper. Spray bread wrap with cooking oil. Sift sugar and cinnamon over wrap.

Cut wrap in half crossways, cut each half into wide strips. Place on oven tray, bake about 4 mins or until crisp. Cool on trays.
