A classic cocktail with a modern twist, our espresso old fashioned is perfect for Christmas celebrations.
- 330 ml cream
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 8 large ice cubes
- 240 ml cold espresso coffee
- 320 ml bourbon
- 1.3 litre cola
- maraschino cherries, to serve
In a bowl, using a mixer, beat cream with vanilla bean paste to until soft peaks form.
Fill 8 shot glasses with one large ice cube each. Pour 30 ml cold espresso coffee, 2 tbsps bourbon and 150 ml cola into each glass.
Top each with vanilla cream. Add a maraschino cherry to serve.
