Make adorable mini pizzas for Halloween that feature a ghost shaped cut of cheese. Switch your shapes up to celebrate different occassions!
- 2 pack rectangular pizza bases
- ½ cup tomato passata
- 12 thin slices (200 g) salami
- 12 tasty cheese slices, halved
- 24 peppercorns, for eyes
Preheat oven to moderate, 180 C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Using a 9cm cutter, cut pizza bases into 12 rounds. Spread each base with passata. Arrange on tray. Bake 5 mins.
Using scissors (or a ghost-cutter), cut ghost shape from each cheese slice. Top each pizza with a slice of salami and a ghost. Season to taste. Bake 5 to 7 mins until cheese melts.Press 2 peppercorn eyes onto each ghost. Serve hot.
Top Tip: You need a 250 g pack of cheese slices. Use leftovers in toasted sandwiches.
