Undeniably light and refreshing, the rosé sangria will make a divine accompaniment to your meal, especially on a warm evening. It mixes chilled rosé wine with brandy, raspberry liqueur, and a bunch of berries. Unwinding at the end of the day has never been so easy!
- 750 ml chilled rosé wine
- ¼ cup brandy
- 2 tbsps raspberry liqueur
- 2 tbsps caster sugar
- 250 g raspberries
- 250 g strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 cups chilled soda water
- Fresh mint leaves, rinsed
Combine rosé, brandy, raspberry liqueur and caster sugar in a large jug until sugar dissolves.
Add raspberries and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Add chilled soda water and mint leaves to serve.
