Forget iced coffee! Make your own healthy version of an iced chocolate energy drink for a hot day!
- 1 cup chocolate or almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 peeled banana
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Optional: Pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients together to make chocolate energy drink
