Ingredients

  • 500g frozen oven-bake chips
  • 4 frozen crumbed fish fillets
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 soft white rolls
  • 1 gem lettuce (a miniature romaine)
  • greek yoghurt, to serve
  • mint leaves, to serve

Cook frozen oven-bake chips and frozen crumbed fish fillets, following packet instructions.

Microwave 1 cup frozen peas in a splash of water on high, covered, 2 mins.

Drain and mash with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Fill 4 soft white rolls with gem lettuce (a miniature romaine), half the chips, fish, peas and Greek yoghurt with chopped mint. Serve with leftover chips.
