These honey mustard chicken strips are sweet, savoury and downright delicious while being an absolute breeze to prepare – perfect for the nights you need something to perk you up but with limited time, and ingredients.
- 625 g chicken tenderloins
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsps honey
- 2 tbsps olive oil
Combine chicken tenderloins with garlic, mustard and honey in a large bowl. Mix well, coating chicken in ingredients.
Cook chicken on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), in batches, until cooked through.
TIP Serve with a rocket and parmesan salad.
