Here’s one delicious way to elevate your instant noodles. This Maggi Goreng recipe specifically calls for Maggi’s Curry-flavoured instant noodles, but more experienced cooks would be able to do their own adaptations with other flavours and brands of instant noodles. Want to feel slightly less guilty about indulging in processed food? Just toss in some vegetables of your choice to balance it out!
- 1 pack Maggi Curry Instant Noodles
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Chili
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 egg
- Diced chicken breast, as much as you like
Cook instant noodles until al dente. Set aside.
In a wok, heat up oil and toss in the garlic and chilli. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce.
Crack the egg into the wok and toss in the diced chicken breast.
Add half a packet of seasoning and stir.
Add in the noodles and toss in vegetables if you like.
Stir fry till all the ingredients are cooked and serve.
