Super easy to make, top this gorgeous meat lover’s bbq pizza with any of your favourite toppings!

Ingredients
- 1 large (30 cm) pizza base
- 200 g Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese
- 3 tbsps BBQ sauce
- 1 pork or beef sausage, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 40 g pepperoni or salami
- ½ red or green bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 4 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
Steps
01. Preheat oven to 250°C Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
02. Add the sausage slices and cook for 5 mins or until lightly browned. Set aside.
03. Spread BBQ sauce over pizza base. Sprinkle over 2/3 of Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese to evenly cover the base. Top with pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper and mushrooms. Then sprinkle over remaining Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese.
04. Bake for 10 mins or until cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
05. Scatter parsley over pizza and serve.
