Whip up your own homemade full flavoured pork & vegetable dumplings using this easy recipe.

Ingredients
- 300 g spinach dumpling skins
- 300 g tomato or beetroot dumpling skins
- 300 g standard or carrot dumpling skins
- Salt
- For Filling:
- 200 g pork
- 1 clove garlic, skinned and grinded
- Fresh ginger, thumb-sized, finely grinded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine or unsweetened sherry
- 1 tbsp freshly grounded white pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsps sesame oil
- ½ stalk scallion, finely chopped
- 100 g cabbage, finely sliced
- Bamboo shoot slices (optional)
- For Dip Sauce:
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 5 stalks coriander, finely shredded
- 1 red pepper, finely shredded
Steps
01. Boil a big pot of water with salt.
02. Mix the ingredients for each filling together and stir evenly.
03. Place the dumpling skins on a flat surface.
04. Place a teaspoon of filling onto the centre of each dumpling skin.
05. Moisturise the edge of the dumpling skins with water (or egg white).
06. With the filling in the centre, fold both edges of the dumpling skins together into a pyramid shape.
07. Cook the dumplings in batches. Stir the pot occasionally to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
08. Serve the dumplings on a large plate with the dip sauce.
