If you’re looking to eat something light for breakfast but find eating yoghurt too light, create your own yoghurt topping by combining cereals, fruits and seeds for a hearty and filling breakfast. This will satisfy your tummy and it only takes five minutes!
- 4 Weet-Bix, crushed (available at supermarkets)
- ⅓ cup pitted dried dates, chopped
- 50 g sesame snap bars, lightly crushed
- 2 cups Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- ⅓ cup honey
Combine Weet-Bix, dates and crushed sesame snap bars in a bowl.
Spoon yoghurt into bowls. Top with date mixture and banana. Serve drizzled with honey.
