As of 8 June 2023, Amazon.sg has lifted the Prime membership requirement in order to shop at Amazon Fresh.

Similar to NTUC FairPrice and Sheng Siong, Amazon Fresh is an online grocery delivery service that offers ultra-fast delivery on fresh produce, household essentials, baby items and more.
Once exclusive to Prime members, Amazon has now opened Amazon Fresh to the public, allowing everyone to enjoy the convenience of online grocery shopping.
This means everyone can now place orders on Amazon Fresh, Watsons and gourmet grocer Little Farms without the need for paid Prime membership.

As expected, non-Prime members have to pay a slightly higher premium for delivery.
Overall, if you’re buying at least $150 worth of products from Amazon Fresh, we would say that the delivery fee of $2.49 to your doorstep is pretty reasonable.
But if you really want to get the cheapest delivery fees, you’re always welcome to sign up for Amazon Prime subscription (which is free for the first month, BTW).

Where and when can I receive my Amazon Fresh delivery?
Amazon Fresh orders are delivered between 7am and 10pm on most days of the week across Singapore.
Delivery slots will be offered during the following times:
- Mon - Sat: 7am to 10pm
- Sunday: 10am to 10pm
Depending on the postal code of your delivery address, you may either see even-hour 2-hour slots (e.g., 2pm - 4pm) or odd-hour 2-hour slots (e.g., 1pm - 3pm) for delivery.

What happens if I want to change, cancel, or add items to my order after I've placed the order?
You may add items to your Amazon Fresh order or cancel your order at any point until your order enters the fulfilment process.
However, do note that it’s not possible to change the delivery time, delivery address, or other order details after an order has been placed.
Instead, if the order hasn’t entered the delivery process, it may be possible to cancel the order and place a new one.
Can I return my Amazon Fresh order if it is not as expected or no longer needed?
Eligible Amazon Fresh orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Where available, you may choose to receive a refund for your order to your original payment method, or as an Amazon.sg Gift Card.
How are the items packaged? How long will the items remain fresh/ at its proper temperature in its packaging?
Amazon Fresh uses advanced packaging and cooling methods to keep your products fresh from the moment they leave the warehouse until they arrive at your doorstep.
