Blackpink-Inspired Outfits (With Mummy & Me Looks!) To Rock At Their Singapore Concert

All hyped up for the upcoming Singapore stop of Blackpink’s Deadline world tour from Nov 28 to 30 at the National Stadium? We understand your excitement. Now that you have secured your ticket (and perhaps your little one’s as well), it’s time to plan your outfits.

And of course there’s no better source of inspo than the fashion icons themselves. After all, all four members, Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa, are each brand ambassadors of more than one fashion brand. But we admit that the members’ outfits can be a little too sexy for the little Blink (Blackpink’s fandom name) to emulate. But fret not, for we have trawled through the web to find wearable and accessible pieces that you can wear to the concert – and even have a twinning moment with your little girl!

Some of the pieces have to be ordered online, so do factor in delivery time when planning your fit. And now, get ready to Jump! Another concert tip: wear comfortable shoes because even if you are seated, you may need to stand to see the stage if everyone else is standing. 1. Jennie’s ruffled red and white outfit (slide 3)

Copy Jennie’s outfit from the France leg of the tour, but make it Singapura. The fashion icon paired a ruffle shirt with a crop top and shorts with blue and red stripes, perhaps an allusion to the French flag. Keep yours simple with a similar shirt, but with plain white crop top and shorts. You can recycle this outfit for National Day next year. Don’t like to show off your midriff? Small issue. Just swap the top with any white sleeveless top. The great thing about this outfit is that it’s also super breezy so you probably won’t be sweating much despite the layers.

2. Rose’s edgy leather outfit

If your kid is obsessed with Apt, now she can live out her Rose dreams by copying the outfit she wore in the music video. The all-leather look is edgy and perfect for a concert. However, we must caution that it can get warm in the venue, so make sure your inner layer is made of breathable fabric, and bring handheld fans. Tie your little one’s hair into low space buns to complete the look, and keep her neck area cool.

3. Jisoo’s pretty pink bow-accented look

Channel your inner princess with this all-pink look from Jisoo! The key point of this outfit is the bow detail (too cute!), so of course, we had to find tops with similar details for you and your little one. Mimic the volume of her skirt with a bubble skirt/skort for fairytale vibes. Finish off with sneakers so you can Ddu-du Ddu-du all night long without worrying about sore feet. Since the bow is already quite attention-grabbing, we suggest keeping accessories to a minimum.

4. Lisa’s furry Labubu outfit

What does your kid and Lisa have in common? Probably their obsession with Labubu. The Thai rapper gamely dressed up as the Monsters character from Popmart for the London leg of the tour. She even had a pink Labubu as an accessory! What makes the outfit Labubu-ish is not the colour, but the fur fabric. Unfortunately, it is not easy to find and will be hot to wear in Singapore. We found similar ones, but bear in mind, you and the little one might sweat a lot. And of course, bring your favourite Labubu accessory!

5. Jennie’s sporty and sexy ensemble

Not really a girly girl? Why don’t you dress like Jennie? This ensemble oozes Jennie’s sexy style while keeping things PG. Pair brown-washed jeans with a black lace top, and shrug on a cropped sports jacket to finish. The brown-washed jeans will be a unique addition to your wardrobe, and all the pieces are wearable even on normal days. If you’re feeling sexy, you can opt to wear a bra or bralette under the lace top, instead of a camisole.

What do you mean we can dress exactly like how Jisoo did when she went for the Alo event as their brand ambassador? If your usual aesthetic is athleisure, here are the exact pieces you can buy to look like Jisoo. We also found equivalents for your little Blink, so you can twin to win! The best thing about wearing exercise wear? It keeps you cool all day, every day, especially at a crowded concert hall. 7. Jennie’s dark, romantic dress

You don’t want to shell out the cash to buy the Alexander McQueen dress that Jennie wore just for the Bangkok concert, and that’s totally fair. We found a similar dress, albeit with roses instead of skull prints. The good thing is, this can be worn repeatedly whether on weekends or overseas, and perhaps even to work because roses are more office-friendly than skulls, for sure. For the little one, we found an adorable dress that will make her look like a flower fairy.
