The use of cool tones and curved shapes drew homeowners Rudi and Wayne to Monocot Studio’s work, which they came across while scrolling through Instagram, and decided to engage its principal, Mikael Teh, to design their two-bedroom condominium in Balmoral.

Together with their son, they were able to move into their home in March this year.
