We're used to stuffing our faces and binge-watching TV with our other halves, but how about getting fit and working out together for a change? Sure, the slovenly TV marathons with junk food can be fun, but doing a couples' workout at home can be a refreshing - and sexy - way to spend Valentine's Day. "We love getting fit together, and doing things like going on hikes with our son Will, who is six months old," says Elizabeth. "I always say a couple that works out together, stays together. It's a great way to spend quality time with your partner, because you're not glued to your devices. You're forced to be physically present, look each other in the eye and interact."
Here are Elizabeth's and Clint's five favourite couple exercises to try.
