Recently renovated and reopened, Aramsa ~ The Garden Spa makes full use of their green location in Bishan Park to provide guests an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Their treatments combine Asian therapies with powerful products for soothing and effective body treatments and facials. There’s even a kids’ menu featuring mini facials and massages for the little ones! The spa now also shares a space with Yoga Seeds that runs classes out of their peaceful shala, and Project Seeds that runs curated workshops on sound healing, batik and art journaling – all designed to connect you with a slower, more mindful lifestyle.

Using a special tool made of buffalo horn, the bojin treatments are great for targeting issues from tight muscles to sagging skin and stubborn bulges. We were impressed by the level of comfort and efficacy of the treatments, plus the therapists’ knowledge. The spa also offers other traditional Chinese treatments such as moxibustion.
