Missed scaring yourself silly at Universal Studio Singapore's Halloween Horror Nights (HHN)? After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic (last year, it ran an HHN exhibition instead), the frightfest is back and promises a horribly good time.

Running from Sep 30 to Nov 5, with an array of experiences for thrill seekers, from themed haunted houses to scare zones and even a hair-raising game of laser tag.

The highlights of course are the haunted houses, and one's the Killustrator: The Final Chapter, which follows a crazed HNN-obsessed artist who brings some of the most chilling Halloween Horror Nights moments back to life in disturbing new stories.

Or step into the apocalyptic Operation: Dead Force where zombies run rampant. Visitors will be recruited to become part of a special force of mutant zombies to fight other undead.

If you've ever wanted to explore a haunted mansion, then the Hospitality of Horror is for you — tour a restored mansion once inhabited by Southeast Asia’s then-richest tycoon and his favourite wife. Unsurprisingly, the abandoned place comes with unfinished stories of its own.

In the Dark Zodiac, astrology takes a twisted turn. Here, 12 Dark Zodiacs are prophesized and primed by the fabled Horrorcle to harness the power of their supreme leader, the 13th Zodiac.

And of course, Southeast Asia's most infamous spirit is the focus of The Hunt for Pontianak. A group of popular influencers is challenging the internet to dive deep into the Malaysian jungle for their most dangerous live stream challenge – to hunt and trap the spirit. Visitors will retrace the steps of influencers to find out if the hunters become the hunted.
