Due to Covid-19, air travel will not be the same again as airlines may step up their health screening measures for passengers, leading to many changes in the experience. Could the same be said for hotel stays?

Senior editor of travel website The Points Guy, Melanie Lieberman, told Huffington Post that hotels need to consider every facility and service and determine what actions to take to make travellers feel safe. "Though many of these changes may be temporary, some may be permanent", she said.

The hotel industry has been hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic. But as Singapore slowly starts to reopen, how will hotel practises change to ensure the safety of their guests?
