Song Joong-ki & His Wife Katy Saunders Have Welcomed A Baby Boy
They welcomed their baby in Rome, which is Katy's hometown

South Korean actor Song Joong-ki, 37, and his wife Katy Louise Saunders, 38, are officially the proud parents of a baby boy.
The newly minted dad shared the happy news via his official fan club on Wednesday, sharing a photo of his baby’s hand holding on to an adult’s finger.

Writing in Korean, he said “I am currently in Italy and I finally met our baby in my wife’s hometown of Rome. The boy is healthy and both mother and son are well. This is like the most precious gift both of us have received as it is our biggest dream to set up a happy family.”
He also expressed gratitude to his fans, saying, "I am always grateful to the Ki Aile (Song Joong-ki’s fans) who always send me sincere love. I sincerely hope that you will have great happiness in your life as well.”
The two reportedly met in Italy while Song was filming the hit series Vincenzo, and confirmed their relationship in Dec 2022. A month later, revealed that they had tied the knot and that Saunders, 38, was pregnant. The pair were also spotted together in Cannes last month, when the actor was in town to attend the 2023 Cannes Film Festival for his movie Hopeless.
