This new dot eyeliner trend is really as simple as it looks. Just use a pencil (or a liquid liner if you like it to be more intense), and draw a dot in the middle of your lower lash line.

Apparently, L'Oreal has created an eye liner specifically for this trend, but no word on whether it'll reach our shores. Your best bet would be a nice felt tip eye liner to achieve strong, graphic dots.
