KFF Singapore Badminton Open 2023, the largest Badminton tournament held in Singapore, took place from 6th June to 11th June, last week. Local actor, Qi Yuwu and his kids headed down to the Indoor Stadium to support the Singapore teams competing in the tournament. The father of two looked back on his experience being taught to play badminton by national players as a part of the Mediacorp show, The Star Athlete. He also added that after witnessing the tournament live, he hopes his children appreciate the difficulty with which medals are earned.

Artiste and entrepreneur Jaime Teo went on a four-day-three-night getaway to the Sofitel Hua Hin resort in Thailand with her mum and her daughter.

It looks like they had plenty of fun too, from table tennis to mini golf and splashing around in the pool. It was a good escapade for the 46-year-old and her family, and she shared that it was a reminder to take a break from busy urban living and to properly connect with loved ones.
