A VIP Guided Tour At USS, Baby Milestones & More: What Celebs Did
If you didn't know, yes, you can book a guided tour with VIP access at USS

We're getting inundated with adorable baby moments this week (not that we mind). So have our local celebs: Influencer Mong Chin Yeoh posted a video of her baby boy swimming, while Sgag's Xiao Ming got us cooing at his son’s adorable laughter amidst taking a bath. Sheila Sim shared her six-month-old daughter's first encounter with solid food.
Others got in quality family time locked in. Tjin Lee celebrated her son’s birthday with a VIP guided tour at USS, and Tay Kewei and Alfred Sim spent their time meaningfully with their son by picking up litter at East Coast Park. Meanwhile, Jillian Lim spoke about the realities of breastfeeding. Here's a quick glance at what our celebs have been up to in the past week.
In light of World Breastfeeding Week (Aug 1 to 7), Jillian Lim took to Instagram to bust cone common breastfeeding myth (and what many mums would likely already know) — it's no easy task. She posted videos of her struggles with milk production, with a positive message to fellow mums to not take it too hard, and that she's going with the flow.
Tay Kewei joined The Wasted Collective’s Walking Club Session at East Coast Park, where she picked up litter with her husband and their first son, Momo, teaching the young one to identify styrofoam and plastic. Indeed, it's crucial to take care of our environment for sustainable growth in the future, and one of the best places to start is to educate our kids through such meaningful activities.
If you're in need of a midweek serotonin booster, check out Xiao Ming's short video of his child Zachary giggling with joy while taking a bath and getting water squirted on him. That infectious laughter is totally adorable.
Mong Chin Yeoh posted a short clip of her six-month-old Micah learning to swim with the aid of her husband Matthias. Micah looked confident in the water and seemed to be enjoying himself! Is that the next Joseph Schooling or Quah Zheng Wen in the making? We'll check back in a decade or two.
Entrepreneur and lifestyle influencer Tjin Lee celebrated her son Jake’s 8th birthday by booking a VIP guided tour at Universal Studios Singapore for him and his school friends. She's even shared an itinerary if you plan to do the same, from starting with the Sesame Street Spaghetti Chase to lunch at Louis Pizza, Treasure Hunter, and the Shrek Dragon Coaster to end the day.
The kids even wore matching T-shirts designed by the birthday boy himself – a clever way to easily spot the kids in the crowd and make sure no one was left behind. Even the rain couldn’t take the fun away. Happy belated birthday, Jake!
With Jamie Yeo's mum visiting in England, where the former radio DJ is now based, the family got to spend some time with the elder Yeo. Jamie shared a photo of her mum and her son Luke harvesting some greens and fruit from their garden — a great way to bond and also get acquainted with what nature has to offer.
Sheila Sim's second daughter Skyla has turned six. To mark the milestone, she got Skyla started on her first solid food, broccoli. Unlike her older sister Layla, the young one took a liking to the vegetable, and according to Sheila, also sipped from a straw for the first time "like a champ". Her solids journey seems like it's getting off to a good start.
