Here is the thing every parent knows but rarely says out loud: Sometimes, the best part of a family holiday is when your kids are so happily occupied, it creates space for parents to enjoy the experience too.

Aboard the Disney Adventure, Disney’s Oceaneer Club – an immersive play area for children aged three to 10 – turns supervised playtime into something that feels like an adventure of its own. Think hands-on games, creative activities and story-led spaces that keep little ones busy in ways that feel meaningful.

And it’s all guided by specially trained Disney Youth Counsellors, so you can sip your coffee in peace – or better yet, slip off for a spa treatment or a quiet meal – knowing your kids are safe, engaged and having the time of their lives.

At the heart of the club is the Hub, a lively central space that serves as a gateway to the different themed areas. Here, children can join interactive storytelling, dance parties and enjoy visits from beloved Disney characters.

If your kids love fairy tales and princess stories, Fairytale Hall is a natural first stop. The space offers imaginative games alongside art-and-craft activities that let creativity take centre stage.

Meanwhile, Andy’s Toy Box feels like stepping into a child’s dream playground. Everything is playfully oversized – from the Slinky Dog slide to the interactive props. Your children can experience the world from the same perspective as their Toy Story pals.

Marvel fans will gravitate towards the Marvel WEB Workshop, where children can take part in Super Hero–themed activities inspired by the Marvel Universe. From training-style games to interactive challenges, the space invites young guests to jump right in – no prior knowledge of the characters required.

For curious minds who enjoy building and figuring things out, the Walt Disney Imagineering Lab is where things get seriously cool. Children are introduced to the idea of how theme parks are designed, then get to create their own roller coaster, watch it appear on screen and take a virtual ride. Don’t be surprised if this becomes the story they excitedly retell long after the holiday ends.

Rounding things out is Mickey and Minnie Captain’s Deck, which features nautical-themed games and sensory activities, perfect for little ones who love all things maritime and hands-on activities onboard the Disney Adventure.
