Perrier Strawberry Basilic

This refreshing cocktail, with strawberry and basil flavours, is super easy to whip up! 

INGREDIENTS
• 200 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml vanilla cane
sugar syrup
• 6 fresh basil leaves
• 100 ml of Perrier Strawberry

METHOD
1. In a cocktail shaker, add the lemon juice, vanilla cane sugar syrup and basil leaves.
2. Add ice and shake, then top with Perrier Strawberry.
3. Pour the mixture into a glass and serve with a sprig of basil and skewered strawberries

Lime and Lychee Cocktail

Lime Margarita

A margarita is a great celebratory drink - and the punchy lime flavour is one of our favourites.

INGREDIENTS
1 slice lime
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsps dark tequila
1.5 tbps Cointreau
1.5 tbsps lime juice
1.5 tbsps sugar syrup
Coarse cooking salt

METHOD
1. Rub lime slice around the rim of a glass; turn glass upside-down and dip wet rim into sauce of salt.

2. Place ice cubes, dark tequila, Cointreau, juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously.

3. Strain into a tempered glass and serve immediately.

Aperol Spritzer

This classic cocktail gets its fruitiness from orange slices. 

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsps Aperol
1/4 cup (60 ml) sparkling white wine
1/2 cup (125 ml) soda water
Ice and orange slices, to serve

METHOD
Combine Aperol, sparkling wine and soda water in a glass. Top with ice and an orange slice. Serve with fresh prawns.

Cranberry & Lime Cocktail

This sumptious cocktail combines the refreshing flavours of cranberry and lime, plus delicious  sparkling rosé. 

INGREDIENTS



1/2 cup (125 ml) cranberry juice
2 tsp grated lime rind
1/4 cup (55 g) caster sugar
750 ml bottle sparkling rosé, chilled

METHOD



Combine the juice, rind and sugar in a jug; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Divide juice mixture between six tall champagne flutes. Top up with the rosé.
