For a multi-generational spread that’ll please everyone, check out Red House Seafood, which is rolling out a seven-course menu from now till June 30, 2026, at $50++ per person. It’s available for lunch and dinner at its Clarke Quay and Grand Copthorne Waterfront restaurants.
The menu is packed with comforting crowd-pleasers and signature dishes that longtime fans will recognise. Expect indulgent plates like the Signature Creamy Custard Prawn, hearty Seafood ‘Pao Fan’, and Hand-Peeled Fresh Crab Meat served with chilli crab sauce and golden crab mantou. The specially curated anniversary menu revisits some of Esquina’s most iconic tapas from the archives, offering a nostalgic journey through the restaurant’s culinary history.
Start with the punchy Cadoret Oyster with jalapeno ponzu and salmon roe followed by Squid Croqueta with ajoarri ero salsa and saffron aioli.
