We don't know about you, but cheese ranks pretty high on our list of favourite dairy products. Whether it is luscious cream cheese or funky blue cheese, there is just something irresistible about its mouthwatering scent, which packs a savoury punch with its umami taste. Transform cheese into a dessert in the form of cheese tarts and you have us hooked for life. Unfortunately, two reputable brands synonymous with Hokkaido cheese tarts — Bake Cheese Tart and Pablo Cheese Tart — have since left our shores. And so, we scoured the island to look for other alternatives to satisfy this craving. Here are 10 places for Hokkaido cheese tarts in Singapore and other delicious versions of cheese tarts to try.
1. Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart
We have to start this list with one of the pioneering bakeries offering Hokkaido cheese tarts in Singapore.
