Served along with it is executive Chef Marcus Tan’s own version of mole, a traditional Mexican sauce made of hot chillies and dark chocolate.

This year, Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel has taken inspiration from Singapore’s famed cocktail for its roast turkey offering. You’ll get the Whole Roasted Turkey with Singapore Sling Marinade, brined in the likes of orange, juniper berries, cinnamon, and cherry liquor. There’s also sweet, zesty pineapple and cherry stuffing.

How cleverly Goodwood Park Hotel treats its turkeys is impressive — it’s got a slew of turkey dishes given an Asian twist for delivery or takeaway. For one, the quintessential turkey is done North Indian-style and infused with a myriad of aromatics. It’s paired with makhani sauce, vegetable korma, Kashmiri rice and naan for a hearty meal.
You can also sink your teeth into toothsome DIY Turkey Popiah set or the creamy Baked Turkey & Chorizo Cannelloni, which sees six al dente cannelloni tubes stuffed with minced turkey, chorizo and crunchy zucchini.
