Rebecca Lim, Amotti & Other Celebs Expecting Babies In 2026!

One of our favourite things about each new year is looking forward to the births of babies from the pregnancy announcements. 

Several celebrities, including Rebecca Lim and Physical Asia’s Amotti, announced in 2025 that they are preparing to welcome little ones into their families, and we’re absolutely buzzing with excitement!

In 2024, we saw some priceless pregnancy announcements — Desmond Tan shared his family’s expansion with baby news that melted hearts, while 51-year-old newscaster Glenda Chong welcomed her first child after her 10th IVF try. 

It’s no secret that we love keeping up with celeb pregnancy and baby news. We love reading about the pregnancy routines, seeing their baby bump pics and more. But you know what’s better than one celeb baby announcement? A round-up of all the celebrities expecting a baby, of course. Here’s a look at 10 celebrities who have announced their pregnancies in 2025 so far.

1. Rebecca Lim

Rebecca Lim is expecting once again, expanding her household from three to a quartet! 

Back in July, she openly shared that she was “considering baby number two” during a candid talk at an event. By Nov 10, the 39-year-old Mediacorp actress confirmed she’s four months along with baby number two via Instagram. 

“We’re going to be a family of four. Feeling so incredibly blessed. Thank you for sharing in our joy. Brb, letting it sink in that Baby M is going to be a big brother,” she wrote. And apparently, it was completely unplanned. She shares more, including where her baby was likely, well, conceived, here.

She got married to Matthew Webster three years ago, and they have one son, who was born in January 2024. Beck’s second child is due in May 2026. 

2. Amotti (Kim Jae-hong)

Physical: Asia star Amotti is unlocking a new level: daddy mode. In a YouTube vlog posted in November, the CrossFit enthusiast revealed that he and his wife are expecting their first child, a girl. 

While he didn’t share much details, his air stewardess wife pulled off an epic gender reveal on Instagram.

Amotti, who’s blindfolded, scoops dessert while yelling for a daughter, uncovers blue and cheers “A son!” only to pop a balloon moments later, revealing pink confetti — the dessert’s just a prank, and it’s a girl instead! He laughs, cries, and hugs everyone in joyful shock. 

3. Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan

Physical: Asia’s Team Mongolia captain Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan also has a sweet secret: his wife is five months pregnant. Fellow star Australian strongman Eddie Williams spilled the news in November in Amotti’s vlog, surprising fans who were unaware that Orkhon was even married. 

The 27-year-old bokh wrestling champ, now part of the “dads’ club” alongside Amotti, awaits a 2026 arrival with his wife, whose identity remains private. 

4. Melissa Koh

Local influencer Melissa Koh is pregnant with her fourth child, and it’s a girl. The 36-year-old and her husband James Chen announced the pregnancy via Instagram on July 26, writing: “With very full hearts, we’re thrilled to share our family is growing with Baby #4 on the way!” 

Their first son, Noah Tobias Chen is now five, while their second boy, Asher Matthias Chen (born in 2021) bravely battled a congenital heart condition before sadly passing just two months shy of his second birthday. Their third son, Oliver Elias Chen, arrived just weeks later. 

With Melissa being 38 weeks (about 8.5 months) pregnant now, their little girl could arrive as a magical New Year’s surprise!

5. Drea Chong

Singaporean influencer Andrea Chong — aka Drea Chong — is glowing with baby bump joy. On Sep 17, the momtrepreneur announced her pregnancy on Instagram, showing off her discernible bump at 20 weeks along with a boy. Married to lawyer Imran Rahim, this will be their third child after two adorable boys: four-year-old Ezra and three-year-old Elia. 

6. JJ Neo

Three weeks ago, Mediacorp artiste JJ Neo dropped a hilarious Instagram video about scoring a “really special birthday present” this year — one she had to “pre-order” and wait nine months for. 

“And it comes in blue or pink!” the 30-year-old teased. 

Yes, you guessed it — she’s pregnant. Engaged to non-celeb boyfriend Mitch in New York in June 2022 and wed last December 2024, she’s now six months along with their first baby due May 2026. 

7. Derrick Hoh

Singer Derrick Hoh, 39, is expanding his family — his three-year-old daughter, nicknamed Nori, is set to become a big sister with baby number two on the way! 

The Project Superstar alum shared a surprise pregnancy reveal on Instagram in October:

His wife, a digital marketing manager, had crafted a custom Pokemon card and resealed a pack, intending to surprise him at a later date. As fate has it, the reveal was brought forward when he decided to open some Pokemon cards on a whim.

“But out of nowhere, I decided I wanted to open some Pokémon packs, something I rarely do on impulse,” he wrote. “I thought I was opening a pack… But ended up opening a whole new chapter instead. Our little one was just 1–2 weeks old back then.”

8. Nam Bo-ra

Nam Bo-ra is expecting her first baby, just seven months after tying the knot with her non-celeb businessman husband Lee Chan-woo in May 2025. 

The 36-year-old The Moon Embracing the Sun actress shared the happy news on Instagram just a couple of days ago with ultrasound photos and a sweet message saying “a new life has come to our family” and that she’s going to be a mum, adding that she had really hoped to conceive within the year.​

As the eldest of 13 siblings in real life, she has often spoken about wanting a big family of her own, making this long‑hoped‑for pregnancy feel especially meaningful for her and fans who’ve followed her journey.

9. Kim Dong-wook

K-drama heartthrob Kim Dong Wook is trading spotlights for sleepless nights as he steps into dad life. The Coffee Prince and The People Upstairs star, married to Stella Kim — a former SM trainee from Girls’ Generation’s pre-debut days — announced their first pregnancy in late November through his agency Studio Uhoo. 

The couple wed in a romantic December 2023 ceremony at Myeongdong Cathedral, and now Stella’s glowing through the second trimester, due early 2026 with a precious daughter.

10. Jo Bo-ah

Korean actress Jo Bo-ah is set to become a mum for the first time, and K-drama fans are thrilled. The 34-year-old Dear Hongrang and Destined With You actress is expecting her first child with her non-celebrity husband, about a year after their intimate wedding in October 2024.​

Her agency confirmed in late November 2025 with a statement that she is “expecting a child.” No further information, including her due date, was revealed. The star has also not posted anything on social media since July.
